    The Regia. Subregiani and Plebeians.

    If I'm a subregiani?

As a subregianus, you can get newsletters from the Regia group, be invited to outside chat parties, and read various material by the Regia. If you want to be able to post, you need to be a plebeian (plebis) or higher in the social class of the Regia. In AncientWorlds, if you are a novice or citizen and manage to get a Regian (Regianus) patrician as your own patron, you will get to be a proletarian plebeian (plebis proletarius). If you are an AncientWorlds patron you will be moved up to free-born plebeian (plebis ingenuus). All former Regians (Regiani) get to become equestrians. Your patron or you should send a message to either the Amicus Princepi or either one of the Consuls (Consules). Any one of us can move you up to your appropriate position within the Regia.

    If I'm a plebeius proletarius?

As a proletarian plebeian you have a Regiani patron and you are a client to him or her. Remind your patron to put your name in his/her study room for easy knowledge. Every 4 months, you get to vote for a new consul. At the end of the election, all plebeii proletarii's vote equals 1 electoral vote based on which 2 candidates the p.p. voted the majority of. Here are eligible civilian positions:

Decurio (council member) of a city. To get promoted to a civilian position that is higher (such as Curialis [Mayor]), I need to do a 1,000 word essay about the city and post it in the "Provinces & Names of Places" thread. The title must have the name of the Diocese first, then the province, then the city with dashes inbetween [Britannia - Britannia Superior -Londinium]. I also must have the approval of my Patron.

Curialis (Mayor) of a City. To get to be a Curialis in the beginning, I must have already been a Curialis in the former Regia of AncientWorlds or have done a 1,000 word essay about the city. I then get to stay here for 60 days and then am eligible to become a Civilian Magistrate. I must make a 2,000 word essay on the nome (in Aegyptus) or region (in Achaia) I want to regulate and post it in the "Provinces & Names of Places" thread. The title must have the name of the Diocese first, then the province, then the nome with dashes inbetween [Moesia - Achaia -Attica]. I also must have the approval of my Patron.

Nomarch in Aegyptus (Egypt) or Curator in Achaia (Greece). If I was once a curialis for a city and made an essay for a future nome (of Aegyptus) or region (of Achaia), and was approved, I become a nomarch or curator- depending on the area. As a magistrate, I can place anybody to handle a city within my area without approval, but must have approval by my superior (the Governor of the Roman province) to promote the person to a Curialis position. I also must have the approval of my Patron.

    Here are eligible Military positions:

Tribune of an Auxiliary Force. To get promoted to a military position that is higher (such as Legatus [leader of a legion], I need to do a 1,000 word essay about the auxiliary and post it in the "Numbering & Stations of Legions" thread or post two 500 word essays on any military subject within Military Affairs board. I also must have the approval of my Patron.

Legatus (Leader of a Legion). To get to be a Legatus in the beginning, I must have already been a Legatus in the former Regia of AncientWorlds or have done a 1,000 word essay about an auxiliary force or post two 500 word essays on any military subject within Military Affairs board. I then get to stay here for 60 days and then am eligible to become a Civilian Magistrate. I must make a 2,000 word essay on the nome (in Aegyptus) or region (in Achaia) I want to regulate and post it in the "Provinces & Names of Places" thread. The title must have the name of the Diocese first, then the province, then the city with dashes inbetween [Britannia - Britannia Superior -Londinium]. I cannot become a governor of any kind unless I am a free-born plebeian or above (plebeius ingenuus). I also must have the approval of my Patron

    Here are eligible Religious positions:

Priest of a cult. To get promoted to a religious position that is higher (such as Flamens [leader of a cult], I need to do a 1,000 word essay about the cult and post it in the "State Religion" thread or post two 500 word essays on any religious subject within the Roman Religion board. I also must have the approval of my Patron.

Flamens. To get to be a Flamens in the beginning, I must have already been a Flamens in the former Regia of AncientWorlds or have done a 1,000 word essay about a religious cult or post two 500 word essays on any religious subject within the Roman Religions board. I then get to stay here for 60 days and then am eligible to become a Civilian Magistrate. I must make a 2,000 word essay on the nome (in Aegyptus) or region (in Achaia) I want to regulate and post it in the "Provinces & Names of Places" thread. Here are eligible civilian positions:

Curialis (Mayor) of a City. As a ingenuus, I am allowed to skip the decurio position and become a Curialis. I then get to stay here for 60 days and then am eligible to become a Civilian Magistrate. I must make a 2,000 word essay on the nome (in Aegyptus) or region (in Achaia) I want to regulate and post it in the "Provinces & Names of Places" thread. As a magistrate, I can place anybody to handle a city within my area without approval, but must have approval by my superior (the Governor of the Roman province) to promote the person to a Curialis position. To be promoted, I must discuss with a Vicarius of some diocese (such as Hispania, Italia, or Hispania) about an open military province (called a Caesari) that I can apply for. If the Vicarius approves, I need to write a 2,000 word essay on the specific military province and post it in the "Provinces & Names of Places" thread. The title must have the name of the Diocese first, then the province, with dashes inbetween [Britannia - Britannia Superior]. I also must have the approval of my Patron to be in this position.

Legatus Augusti pro praetore. If I was once a nomarch for a nome, or a curator for a Greek region and made a 2,000 word essay for a future imperial province I get to become a legatus Augusti for any Vicarius of a diocese that approves of me. This means I regulate provinces, put people in as decuriones (city-councilmembers) of a city and can promote them to a position as Curialis. I cannot become a senatorial governor of any kind unless I am an equestrian (eques) or above. I also must have the approval of my Patron to be in this position.
