Unfortunately, you have the wrong office, it's the Censor's office you want, they are the only ones that can order a criminal trial.
With this he looks back to his scrolls...
NB: 3.7.1 FILING CHARGES IN CRIMINAL COURT. Only censors may bring criminal charges against a citizen and order the criminal court praetor to conduct a trial.
