    1. I found out as DCR did yesterday that I need to add proconsul to the list of offices. I've corrected the master template, but didn't want to send it out to the group again as it only impacts but a few of us. Ed, I wouldn't ask you to start over with your input, so if you want to e-mail me your file, I'll make the adjustment so you can add pro-consul. It only takes me a second to make the table adjustment. That goes for anyone that has held the office of proconsul. Send me the file and I'll turn it back around for you.

    2. I've been asked how to open the hidden rows to add more estates and factories. Step 1) Highlight the visible rows surrounding the hidden ones. As an example, for estates that is row 39 and row 160. Step 2) Go to the Tool Bar and select Format - Row - Unhide

Likewise later, if you want to hide a section, highlight the rows you want to disappear and do Format - Row - Hide

    3. More on the color coordination... Green cells are on the Set-Up Tab. Green cells are also on the Ian tab for your initial estates and factories. This represents the data you need to fill in to prepare your statrep for use. Listing your estates and factories isn't any different than on the old statrep. Anything else you need to fill in will be blue but you won't have to worry with those until the turn is over. (Though you may find it beneficial to fill in as you go so you know how much denarii you have available and avoid overspending)

    4. If you want to be able to see the form on your screen better. Go again to the Tool Bar and select: View - Zoom.
From here you can magnify or condense the screen. I currently have the view size defaulted to 75%.
