There's also a rose Champagne with gold flakes called Parigot Rose.
It's made by Crémants in Bourgogne, Burgundy France, from a pinot noir grape. I've tried a few of the Champagne's with gold but the Parigot Rose is my favourite.
There's also a 24 carat gold lollipop - Champagne-flavoured with real gold flakes. I've not tried these yet but it's only a matter of time *S*.
