Hmmm, is that a custom of a particular tribe or dance?

The only genearl Pow Wow customs/etiquette I know of for hats is when the MC tells everyone to remove their hats when the eagle staff is brought in during the Grand Entry, for the Flag Song and other songs, and when an eagle feather falls.
