In reality, Did anyone stop to look at participation levels and whether or not they have increased or decreased since the inception of the "festival" madness? My money is on a big "decrease" since we all adopted this "A festival is the answer" mentality.

There has got to be a better way to make this place fun again without having another festival to celebrate a traditional festival.
