I had thought to start on the 21st, but since Patrick will be getting married shortly after, and the statreps aren't ready yet--I can't make anything of the banding coding to alter it myself--it might be best to delay the restart for a couple more weeks, and this will allow me to get emails out to all of you with the new reps as they are ready.

I know Dinos/Caius is very eager to start....and although he ought to be a Veteran Orator with no current office, I've let him become Urban Praetor, just so I don't have to play all the non-PCH government offices. :)
