of merriment mixed with orders to observe a certain barbarian's action. Calias and the other argonauts return to the Argos-Timoleon. Cybelle had been waiting patiently.
"Well Calias, Ioalas, what have you to tell me," she askes as she feeds Hermione a squealing little mouse. The two argonauts
look at each other silently wondering why Cybelle is so interested in the barbarian. Neither men were surprised when Cybelle exclaimed aloud that it was not either of the men's business.
"The man is there, as you thought mistress and he is with a woman, he has left the woman at the taverna and has made his way through the woods to a place by a stream." reported Calais.
"He labours there mistress, like a common farmer," adds Ioalas still amazed his mistress is so mysterious about her plans for this barbarian. "I think he is building some crude hut, like a bear cave!" Ioalas laughs but is quieted immediately by the stern look on his mistress' face.
"Thank you Calias, Ioalas you may take your men and go spend another day on shore at the taverna or where ever you wish. We anchor here for two days at the most and that is all. Your task is finished I will stay here on the Argos. Leave the guards as always." The two men nod to their mistress as she leaves with Hermione and disappears to her quarters.
