Quite pleased with the results of the first round, Cnaeus Cornelius waved his announcer on. At the conclusion of a short intermission, the bouts continued.

"First bout of the second round folks! We have Caballos the Death Dealer against the fresh and rested, your home town favorite, PUUUSILLLLLUUUSSSSSS!"

Cries of mock horror at impending death ripped through the small stadium as Pusillus, looking magnificent in a freshly shined suit of armor, stepped into the ring. Women fainted, men placed all their money on Pusillus - and were not disappointed! It became swiftly apparent that Pusillus simply outmatched his opponent in every way. With a cut and parry, Pusillus burried his sword in Caballos' gut, and twisted with a vengeance. (Pusillus Wins, Caballos dies).

"After that show, can Pilitus put on a better one? Let's see folks!"

Pilitus and Tarquinus hesitated, circling each other for a long while. A sudden movement near the wall caught Tarquinus' attention, and Pilitus struck hard and fast. Tarquinus fended the blows off for only a minute, completing a circuit around the walls of the arena, before succumbing to the relentless Pilitus. (Pilitus Wins, Tarquinus dies).
