I'd been living in Rome for years before I realized that my favorite white - Chian white - was a Greek wine, not a Roman one! I have to admit, I can handle a TOUCH of retsina, but I prefer the simpler and less - er, original - wines of Greece. That and olives, bread and cheese, of course ;)
