I am so sorry to hear about Kallistos, but we've all noticed he wasn't around.

He'd be the last to want Hellas to become inactive because he couldn't be here. So perhaps we could think of a project, something very simple, to bring people back in? A contest, or perhaps a simple meeting and greeting involving new members who've joined Hellas but perhaps haven't gotten active yet? Or even just a block party?
