I delicately finish the goat cheese I had on my plate (or was that a leaf) and eye this new comer more suspiciously than our host. 'Wrong? No, not wrong exactly. Would you like to come to the temple with me.' How can that be a good thing? Then again Jihanus was carrying around one of the boat's paddles. Sighing I stick the remaining loaf of bread into the sling I had managed to procure while we were dwaddling to breakfast. Myrdin gives me an disapproving glance.
"What," I ask him, "We might have to leave a trail of bread crumbs to find our way back or home for that matter." The new comer doesn't smile at my little joke, but I wasn't about to wander off without some provisions. Something was up. "Are we going or what?" The remaining men stare at me for a moment as if I'd grown a set or horns. Rolling my eyes I link arms once again with Myrdin and start walking towards the temple. Most towns set them up in about the same places. Towards the center, didn't they?
