I know how hard it can be trying to incorporate a new pet into a home that already has its "critters" established. It's rather like bringing home a new child, isn't it?

I realized today just how much my crew has me wrapped around their little fingers (er, toes? claws?)

I've been trying to stick to a budget--today, I had a $20 bill that I had set aside to go out to lunch with my coworkers, but I realized just before I left for work that my cat, Bubba, was nearly out of his special food (he has to eat the Purina UR).

Long story short--Bubba got his case of cans and I ate peanut butter crackers for lunch.

Hmmm--seems like the cats are running the show...:o)
