Has anyone seen the Italo-German mini-series from the late 60s? The only two names in it that most people would recognize are Irene Papas (Penelope) and Barabra Bach (Nausicaa). The English title appears to be The Adventures of Ulyssses. My wife gave this to me for our anniversary, but we haven't had a chance to watch it yet. Most of the reviews I've found on-line are pretty positive and the chapter structure seems to follow Homer pretty closely, with a bit of extra backstory thrown in. How much should I look forward to investing the 5+ hours it's going to take to watch this thing?
