Having an interest heirloom vegetables, herbs and ancient forms of crops. I find your garden fanscinating. I would love to grow some hopi corn. I know it is probably not edible in the same way we use corn as a food staple today. The prepartion of such rare ancient crops is another fasination of mine. I have been reading up on how to make certain tools that the ancients used in processing. So to find someone who attempts to grow such gems in their own modern garden has me swooning. Please keep us informed as to how you progress and how you plan to or not to process your gems. RB
