    Yassa – “Laws 11 to 20

    “THE GREAT YASSA OF CHINGGIS/ JENGHIZ/ GENGHIS KHAN”


    ~ The Yassa – “The Laws of the Great Khan’s ~



    "If the great, the military leaders and the leaders of the many descendants of the ruler who will be born in the future, should not adhere strictly to the Yassa, then the power of the state will be shattered and come to an end, no matter how they then seek Chinggis Khan, they shall not find him."

    ~ The Yassa – “Laws 11 through 20” ~



    {11} ~ The penalty of Whipping, Flogging with a Rod or the Death Sentence is the punishment for any individual who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the crime of “URINATING” into Water {Seasonal} or Ashes of a Fire…~
    {12} ~ The penalty of Fines, Ransoms, Whipping, or Flogging with a Rod is the punishment in theYassa which forbids any individual who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the crime of “Dipping His/Her Hands into Water - It requires the use of Some Vessel/Container to be used for Drawing Water”…~
    {13} ~ The penalty of Ransoms, Whipping, Flogging with a Rod and under certain circumstances even the Death Sentence is the punishment for any individual who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the crime which is forbidden in the Yassa of “To Enter Water to Bathe or Wash Garments in Running Water or Standing Water”…
    * Garments could only be washed during Thunderstorms/Rain and it was commanded to be worn until the garment wore out…
    * You could also have change of garments but the dirty garments could not be destroyed unless it was unusable…*

    {14} ~ The penalty of Whipping is the punishment for any individual who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the crime which is forbidden in the Yassa of any “Who takes Goods {On Credit} and becomes BANKRUPT the 1st time”…~
    * Flogging with a Rod is the punishment for any individual who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the crime which is forbidden in the Yassa of any “Who takes Goods {On Credit} and becomes BANKRUPT then again takes Goods and again becomes Bankrupt a 2nd time”…*
    * The Death Sentence is the punishment for any individual who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the crime which is forbidden in the Yassa of any “Who takes Goods {On Credit} and becomes “BANKRUPT” then again takes Goods and again becomes Bankrupt but upon the 3rd time of taking Goods {On Credit} and this individual declares BANKRUPTCY” the penalty in this circumstance is Death regards of gender or race…*
    {15} ~ The penalty of Whipping, Flogging with a Rod or the Death Sentence is the punishment for any individual who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the crime(s) which is forbidden in the Yassa of “Brigandry/ Banditry,” inclusive of these actions of Kidnapping for profit; the Stealing of Females to sell as Wives, Concubines or Slaves; for Murdering of Innocent Citizens; the Stealing of Property from Caravans/Tradesmen; the act of Slavery forced upon any citizen(s) of the Yeke Monogghol Ulus; the Stealing of Livestock for Resale; to Commit Murder in the act any crime(s) is automatic Death penalty”… ~
    {16} ~ The penalty of Flogging with a Rod and even the Death Sentence is the punishment for any individual who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the crime which is forbidden in the Yassa of“ KIDNAPPING/ Stealing a FEMALE for His WIFE”… ~
    * The past “Law of Marriage” allowed kidnapping of other clans/tribes females but is now forbidden in the Yassa and is “NOW” Decreed that every Man shall Purchase his WIFE or Wives…*
    {17} ~ The penalty of Exile for the Female and the Death Sentence for the MALE is the punishment for these individuals who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the crime which is strictly forbidden in the Yassa of “Marriage Between the First (1st) and Second (2nd ) Degrees of Kinship within a Family”… ~
    {18} ~ The penalty of Fines or Whipping or even Flogging with a Rod is the punishment for any individual (Male) who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the action which is forbidden in the Yassa’s “Law of Marriage” for a Man “If a Man Marries Two (2) Sisters or All Sisters but Intentionally Does “NOT” Marry the Eldest Sister First (1st)… ~
    * Then the Eldest Sister is given the Fine of (Money or Property)…** By Decree of the Yassa the Law of Marriage shall be observed throughout the Yeke Monogghol Ulus by it’s citizens and visitor… *
    {19} ~ The penalty of Flogging with a Rod and even the Death Sentence is the punishment for any Wife, Wives, or Concubine(s) who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the crime which is forbidden in the Yassa as follows “ A Man may have Several Concubines and Two Wives or No Wives…But the Women in his household should attend to the “Care of the Family Property, Buying and Selling at their pleasure, but they/she SHALL NOT cause BANKRUPTCY nor Steal from the Husband”, as this is the Law of Marriage in the Yassa…~
    {20} ~ It is a Men’s/Husband’s Duty that they shall occupy themselves, when directed to so by the Great Khan with only Hunting, Service to the Yeke Monogghol Ulus or Warfare for the Great Khan under the penalty of Whipping, Exile, Flogging with a Rod or the Death Sentence is the punishment for any individual who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the crime not following the “Great Khan’s Orders/Decrees”…~
