First I want to add my vote for Egypt's Akhet-Aten, The Hare.

Next, I nominate Rome and it's eight regions. Not as super tacky as Redjita :p, but possibly ranking as simply tacky, I have replaced Sextus Crassus as Prefect of Mons Esquilinus, and will be completing renovations on the Esquiline before June 30th deadline. The other regions are also quite well developed.

I am also adding my vote for Mesopotamia's Babylonia and her three cities.
