Greetings, Cnaeus Domitius,

In light of the recent passing of our esteemed Senatorial colleague, Lucius Cornelius Lentulus, the Pontifical college of Rome stands shorthanded once more. It is far too often these days that we lose good men such as Lucius Cornelius.

I have made some inquiries into the matter and have discovered that, surprisingly, no move has been made for the empty spot by those higher ranking than myself. Therefore I humbly request that I may apply to the college, to serve Rome evermore as Pontiff.
