I'd like to nominate the following, they are extraordinary hoods.

1: Cymru in Celtia
2: Chinchaysuyu it's underhood of ChanChan is also my single favorite hood design ever made.
3: Shangdu, actually the whole of Mongolia is fantastic but I'd like to narrow it down to a mid level at least and this is my favorite.
