As somebody who used real statistics in real life I perfectly agree with what Diantha said (and I'm not being critical in any way), she just stated some important facts both about statistics and about Rome.
Here the voting process was open to all Romans who logged on and visited the homepage and it was differently announced and featured.
Plus, democratic elections are composed of those who vote and express their choice (either yes or no) and those who don't go to vote. I think we all have that kind of electorship in our country.
People who didn't want the change said so and I'm happy they did.
In the next days I'll give final results and hope we can all work together from there for making Rome a nicer place (even in some superficial ways, to some), but it can always be a base to start discussing more urgent and pressing problems that members feel should be addressed.
