There are lots of places here to talk.....especially if you know a lot about history/archeology or are a good writer. But even if you're curious, those who DO know a lot will appreciate expounding on whatever you ask. And if you're not a good writer, we're short enough on role-players that any effort is appreciated. If you like roleplaying, you could try "The Age of Myth", "The Kingdom of Babylon", or even our tavern, The Kash Bowl (for less formal roleplaying). For more factual posting, try "Mesopotamia History" or "Mesopotamia Library", all on the open board. However......not to be ignored are the neighborhoods (called the hoods) and the groups. Both can be either roleplay or factual. The hoods are a smaller geographic area, within the boundaries of western Asia, (such as Phoenicia, Israel, or Sumeria). The hoods are open, meaning you can post in them without formally joining, but the groups require a small fee of a few sesterces, taken from your treasure chest, before you can post there, and the number of groups you can join depends on your level of membership, from Novice all the way up through Millennium Patron. As you can see, I also like to talk *Chuckle*. If you have any trouble ask any of Meso's scribes, actually........we all like to talk.
