*hugs* Thanks to all who sent good vibes - as I told Gisele, I'm not proud, I'll accept offerings to any kitty deity, and so far, she's doing fine. Needless to say, I was probably more screwy than she was the first day or two after April Fool's Day - scared to take my eyes off her! As Demetrios said (and thanks, for the update on Jack!), the hypothermia apparently has done no harm, but I've read up on vestibular disorder. The reaction on the web is that when you see your cat staggering around, you're sure the End of the World has come - but it's probably that vestibular disorder (head cocked on one side is a dead giveaway for the condition). It can take weeks to completely heal. So Zuni's still recovering from that - the middle ear infection which gave her the condition is being treated with antiobiotics (which she loathes) and she's figured out how to walk with it, very much like a very drunk person who's pretending to be sober. I'm sure someone out there will have his/her cat go through this, which is why I'm noting the symptoms. She IS better, though, and we'll just have to be patient. She manages to keep her balance until she sneezes, then she gets knocked right over, poor dahlin!

Again, thanks to Bast and all friends for their sympathies, and I'll keep you posted ;)
