You can see all the damage from the snow storms.I just finished plowing yesterday's 4 to 6 inches and moving all the furniture out of the fireplace end of the living room. The workmen said they may come late this morning so I was up at my labors early. They probably won't come now that all is ready for them.Over the course of last year, almost all of the outdoor cats died off one by one. We once had 9 living out there at one time and I built 2 cat houses for them. It is sad burying them one by one as they go. They become like friends and quite tame. We were down to just 1, old Antigonos. I named him that as he lost an eye when he was a kitten. He is named after Antigonos Monophthalmos (Antigonos The One Eyed of Greek history.)When, some time ago he looked at me with 2 perfectly good eyes through the sliding doors in the dinning room, I was astounded until I found that it was not he at all. A new cat has shown up on the porch and he looks just like Antigonos but is younger and seems to be in perfect condition. I hope it's a trend. I like having my outdoor cats to feed.A good day to all. February is almost half over. I ordered daffodils for the dining room table yesterday.
