I'm currently reading "Atlas of Legendary Places", a large hardcover work which features legendary, inspirational, visionary places from right across the world. It includes Camelot and Avalon, Tintern Abbey, Mont St Michel, Assisi, Mount Fuji, The Nile, Delphi, Petra, Nepal etc etc.

It is beautifully done; concise writing with gorgeous images throughout the book.

It was given to me as a gift, so I treasure it - this person obviously knew my tastes very well lol!
