Safiria makes a good point that there are probably constraints in how the World page can be organized. And it would be great to have the best ideas from the whole Roman community.

I'm going to think more about some of the links we might include for new members, or for citizens to stay informed. Meanwhile, here are a few -- entirely subjective -- thoughts.

I think the map of the provinces is great! I use this all the time as the fastest way to get around. Safiria is right, though, that the long list of provinces really doesn't add anything. If there were a way to get to individual hoods without taking up a lot of room, that would be a good feature -- although that might be more appropriate at the province or hood level, like the Rome hood map we have now.

The "About Rome" section is good, but needs to be updated or perhaps expanded a bit. There are two different links to the group page. The Arachne's Web link doesn't work. I think this is where the members who know all the hidden treasures and back alleys of AW can help out.

There is a lonely link at the bottom of the center column for Festivals with an apparently old "SPQR Lives" contest. This seems like an artifact, since there is a Festivals discussion area now in the upper right corner of the page. Whether something like that can be moved or not is a code question.

One last thing I would suggest is to highlight any upcoming events that are known, not just mention them in passing in threads. When, for example, are the regular festivals planned for Rome and what are they? I remember reading something posted about each world having certain months set aside for their world, but what are they?

I hope other members will come up with some constructive ideas for this page.
