Saturnalia in Rome this year WAS wonderful - and I'm impressed all to pieces by the fact that it was cive-driven, so many Romans came up with neat additions to the festival. However, although we demis have discussed it, I think it's rough to nominate an ENTIRE festival - because the whole point of the GEMS is individual events that are so good that new members can see specific events. Telling someone to check out an entire festival is a bit tiring - or perhaps intimidating! But if you have any specific Saturnalia events (or Brumalia, or Yule, or the cow-thingie!) please do. Just remember they need to be "stand-alone," which means anyone can come to them, anytime, and get the gist without having to read all 450 posts at a party ;)
