I grew up in the Castle Bliant on the isle of Joyous Gard with my mother Elaine and my grandfather King Pelles. She was flighty and impusive and something of a witch while he was vague at best. I did not know my father at all except that he was mad and called "Le Chevalier Mal Fet" It was only much latter that I learned that he was really Lancelot DuLac, greatest of the high kings knights, lost and without his memory. Thus I journey to Camelot to learn something of who I am and my relation to the world.
