Camelot is among one of the many castles involved in an interactive story known as GRAAL (Germanic-Celtic Roleplay from Arthurian Accounts & Legends). It is a story based roughly off the Mabinogion, a Welsh manuscript dating to the 13th century. Although written almost 600 years after our story is taking place, it is believed that the stories themselves are actually based on older Celtic traditions and folklore, possibly being passed down from generation to generation.

In the Welsh tales, Arthur is not glorified as a chaste, Christ-like figure as he is in the later romances. He is rather human and flawed, but indeed a powerful man.
