Svartalfheim
District Leader:
 The Svartálfar ("black elves") or Dökkálfar ("Dark elves") are supernatural beings (Old Norse "vćttir," or wights) that reside in the underground world of Svartálfaheim. It is also connected with Nidvallier. Not much is truly known about this realm or their habitation and the Eddas only give some hints at this place with scant information. Therefore, it remains unclear where the boundaries between Svartalfheim and Nidvallier lie and if or whether they are actually discussing the one and same place.
