NAMO TASSA BHAGAVATO
I revere with my body, speech and mind,
the Compassionate One (the Buddha),
who - by his skilful means -
teaches the Dharma,
which corresponds exactly to the needs
of those who hear it,
ARAHATO, SAMMA-SAMBUDDHASA
the one who is free from defilements
and who is perfectly Enlightened by Himself
Repeat three times.
