I received a very wonderful handmade set of runes at Yule 2003. This journal is for me to draw a daily rune, meditate on its meaning, and discuss my process of learning the language of Old Norse and the basics of Rune Magic.
A few of my sources are Nigel Pennick, Edred Thorsson, & the Rune Poems. Feel free to leave a message with any advice, tips, or new authors!

Family; immoveable wealth. I think today will be a day that I concentrate on all the wonderful feelings that my family evokes in me.

Ice: stagnation, waiting, no break from routine, etc. I believe that this rune is warning me not to remain as still and unproductive as I was this weekend... :)
