I have a passion for the incredible wonder of the night sky. Through the simple act of lying on my back, gazing up at the stars, sometimes I can almost feel the Earth moving, wheeling me along with it under that velvet dome of distant lights. I am dumbstruck by Hubble and Voyager images, by what our technologies have allowed us to see so far. And when I think of what we have yet to learn, I am filled with hope and expectation and yearning.
