Everyone who joins, will do so at Level 5, as Co-Creater (after initial application ... can't seem to get past that in the system), meaning you can create boards, start threads and schedule chats. (PLEASE NOTE: this is the ONLY editorial ability you should use.) If you want to share with someone where you're from - create a Thread. The structure should be Board = Country, Thread = State/Province & City/Locale. I've started the first one. [Note: I reserve the right to alter the titles ... just to keep them consistent :)]

I hope this is a way for those of us who live near one another can even get together in Real Life :)

Feel free to create social invitations, post messages for local events, and generally hang out with each other.
