CONTEST DESCRIPTION AND RULES:

The "Best of Fest" awards go to the region and city preparing spectacular presentations as part of its 2004 "Springfest" celebrations. Nominations are taken from the citizens and voted on by the cyber- and demigods. Awards will help end the Festival at 8:00 AW time on Monday, May 2.

This contest has total prize kitty of 7,500 strti.

Prize: 2,500 strti.

For the greatest achievement in both history and presentation.
