The following is a synopsis of little known facts or interesting information about the Vikings:
Vikings were not considered viscious barnarians to the French and Russians.
Vikings were of three Nationalities: Swedish, Danish, and Norwegian. Vikings did infact, reach North America. After Charlemange had pacified early Germania and made arts and culture flourish in peaceful times...the vikings arrived! Vikings were coming from non-fertile lands and this is what is suspected of being the motivator of why they started conquering other lands....survival. |
