Celtia's scribe Katlyne MacRoth is putting together a most royal quiz. Katlyne's put a teaser on the The Kings Quiz thread of Which of these Celtic Kings are you?. This should be fun and interesting for all who participate!

Is there someone here at AW who you couldn't do without? Someone who goes that extra mile? A person who can bring a smile to your face even on your worst day? If you have someone from AW you would like to honor, Celtia brings you the Shining Heroes of the AncientWorlds. Let all these someones know how special and important they are to you and to AW.

If all that's not enough fun for you, there are two interworld events in the works. Celtia scribes MacMorna Niafer and Fedelm Cruithni are working with the other three Springfest host worlds, the Americas, Egypt, and Rome, to put together a Bragging Rights Pub Crawl. Fedelm Cruithni is also working with Mangas Coshise of the Americas to bring us a Four Worlds Rock Art Tour.

Now, if all this and the world specific celebrations in the Americas, Egypt, and Rome aren't enough, Celtia also has Beltaine 2006 events in the works for the end of April and the first part of May.

The The Mull of Cean Tir pub is hosting the Silver Branch Baby Shower. This is a baby shower as metaphor for the new life of that Spring represents. There will be food and drinks and a lucky charm for each participant bringing a gift to honor the Beltaine twins. To get to the pub travel to the Cruithni settlement in Cean Tir, located in Albion's Pictland.

To test your knowledge about the Beltaine, take the Beltaine Quiz. For a peak at your future and a chance to receive a bit of luck in the form of a charm, Bite the Bannock. If you are feeling lucky after getting luck at the baby shower and taking a bite of Beltaine bannock, then join Three Roads of Echtrai , a challenging journey to the Otherworld to retrieve a magical item. The Three Roads of Echtrai is being hosted by Emhain Abhlach, also located in Cruithni. This Otherwordly location is the Plain of Apples, home to Manannán mac Lir and his seneschal, Abhlach Áth-Caomhnóir.

There will be a Farewell To Springfest closing ceremony will be held on Monday, April 24. Times and location are TBA at this writing. As with all events, changes may occur so be sure to check The Feis of Celtia for updates and changes.

Happy Spring and have a great time participating in Celtia's events and those hosted by the Americas, Egypt, and Rome!
