As we promised last month, this month's shortened ACTA DIURNA is mainly your "Pre-Festival Guide" to plans for all the worlds when celebrations begin at 1 PM sharp (AW Time) on Saturday, April 23. Opening Day will be a site-wide Festival, events (and tickets) to be announced on the global Springfest thread. For IX days thereafter, world after world will throw a big party for all of AncientWorlds! It's been a year since our last site-wide blow-out, so there's been a lot of energy a-buildin'.

The calendar will be featured daily on the CommPanel and more news and notes will be posted, once the Fest begins, on the global thread under AncientWorlds celebrations: Springfest, '05! . We will also make links to events for all festival goers.

Tickets for Springfest will "go on sale" the middle of next week. Book your events early!

Arachne and other groups have featured some of our graphics talent here, but as an adjunct to Springfest, we're having our first site-wide "Best Homes" contest. Judges will include demigods and patrons too. Entry deadline is April 30, and the awards will be handed out in early May. You get the world's neatest plaque and tons of kudoes, winners!
