CYOA - Adventure! pg. 5

You have chosen to go Northwesterly
You figure that you may as well sail northwest, so the Captain and crew get to work preparing the ship to change course. You have made yourself a nice comfortable place to watch in the stern. For a time you watch as the settlements on shore slowly go by, and you see that some people are even raising sheep! Soon you fall asleep, as the ship rocks, feeling happy. Not long after, you are rocked awake by a wave and then you realize that fog has engulfed you and the ship. You can hear the captain shouting orders and then Sven is shooting arrows into the air, looking for any indictation of land. But the shore had been so close! The ship sails for a couple days, and yet there is no sign of land, you can hear no seabirds. When the fog finally lifts, there is no land in sight. In fact, the captain has no idea where you are. Even the stars are out of alignment. You have been drifting aimlessly, and provisions are low. Guess your exploration is over! THE END  View the Faeroe Islands hood page here.
