Forget football - its the greatest ballgame at AW!
Sunday 19th March witnessed Calakmul's very first pokatok ballgame! It was a small one-on-one affair designed to test out the feasibility of playing it online, and we're pleased to report it a great success - the ballplayers had fun without quite coming to blows, and no one got sacrificed at the end *boo hiss*. I cannot say there was no cheating involved though... *looks beadily at Sak*
Since we played on MSN rather than in the Calakmul chatroom, where only group members could have followed the transcript, we've posted it up here for posterity.
Now we know it works, and very nicely too, we're taking applications for interested teamplayers, so keep your eyes peeled for future match dates!
